Born in the high Alps, Ice Cap aka Ben Kinder was used to cold harsh environments. With a strict upbringing and father he learned to be well diciplined and followed orders to a "T". While on a trip to Eastern Europe he came in contact with a Cobra Recruiter who already knew of Ben and his attributes at the age of 22. He joined the Cobra Orginization working his way through Special Ops training, then he Trained from the Very elite Group of Snow Serpents. Ice Cap was chosen as a single operative to hit Joe targets in the cold environments. His choice of weapon is a 50 caliber sniper rifle able to pick off Joes from afar. An avid Mountainer also, he can traverse the unthinkable landscapes many say he is the "Firefly" of the cold. If you see him more than likely will be your last.
