Razorclaw

He doesn't remember the name he had before he went through the transformation. He is more machine and animal than man. Know that he is Razorclaw. Before, he was a member of the Red Fang Ninja who tried to betray the clan and steal its most sacred scrolls. Upon being caught, he was tortured, disfigured, his hair burnt and his lips sewn, glued and burnt completely shut.
Doctor Mindbender decided to use the ninja in his experiments, after all it does not get closer to physical perfection than a ninja. Using cybernetic implants, he enhanced Razorclaw's speed, strength and endurance, making him almost impervious to pain. For weaponry, he fused two long, razor-sharp blades to his forearms.
Using the Brainwave Scanner, Mindbender removed most of Razorclaw's higher brain functions, leaving him an animalistic berkserker who is driven by one instinct: destruction. Mindbender saw fit to include a killswitch in his brain that can render him comatose, should he ever get out of hand. And with his mouth forever shut, he depends on a nutrient bath for sustenance, which ensures his obedience to Cobra Command.

"Cobra Feral Berserker". Man. The original Razorclaw figure really didn't look the part. And his filecard couldn't make up its mind whether he was an animalistic berserker or a skilled and precise warrior who still has enough presence of mind to use high-tech weaponry. For my custom, I decided to emphasize the berserker part, the ninja part and the "horrifying experiments" part. That Barakapool figure Hasbro did was a perfect starting point, but sadly it was a little TOO perfect. I couldn't think of much to change to make it fit my own vision, it already had so many things right! Ultimately I decided to detail up the shoes, redo his cybernetics and his facepaint, making sure to keep his eyelids red... because that's not facepaint, that's how red his eyelids actually are because of all that's been done to him. I added a M.A.R.S. Trooper helmet, because it reminded me of Shredder's samurai helmet a lot, and painted the faceplate to match the pants.
