Rocky was drafted into the Marine Corps shortly after the United States joined the Vietnam war. He served several tours and was finally brought back to the United States after a near fatal wound. Upon return, he found it difficult to return to civilian life. Shortly after the war had ended, an Army Officer showed up at his door and offered him a chance to start over with a new life and a new name as part of a secret strategic defense initiative installation known as the Adventure Team.

I have been wanting to do the Adventure Team for quite some time. The original Action Team figures from 1994 were an awesome base for this figure. I went with Rocky for the name because it was rumored that Rocky was going to be the name for the original Action Marine, before they dropped names completely.
