Takedown belongs to the U.S. Marshals. The division he reports to is the convicted felon warrant officer branch. Their job is to track known felons and arrest them by any means necessary. Takedown is the lead man when breaking into a house and usually the first one to make contact with the subject. Expert in hand-to-hand combat, Takedown always gets his man. With his 98% convection record, the Joe team enlisted him to tackle Cobra in the city streets. After training a select few Joes, Takedown went to the streets to put his training to use. Since he has been with the Joe team, he has improved his record to 99%.

This custom came to me after I watched a special on the U.S. Marshals. They really looked kick butt. I forgot the actual name of the unit that does this. But after seeing them on TV I had to do a Joe that looked like one. Actually I did 3 others to go along with Takedown.
