Black Vulture is a cold hearted and calculating leader. His rise in Cobra's South American units was not by accident or fate, it was all planned. When he took over leading the Jungle Vipers in Sierra Gordo, Black Vulture ran into his first bits of unplanned and unwanted trouble. The local tribes of Turcoro Indians have been giving lots of trouble for Cobra. Black Vulture has been losing his temper more and more lately as the Turcoro's fight back harder and stronger since Cobra started to pillage and plunder their ancient temples searching for the Idol of Ysma.

This is the second figure from my 15 figure box set called Operation Jungle Mayhem. This set see's Cobra trying to recover a set of ancient artifacts for use in a new "super laser". Black Vulture is in charge of Cobra operations in Sierra Gordo. He is tasked with eliminating all local resistance and to deliver the Yzma idol to Cobra Commander.
