Recondo is the Joe's number one Jungle Warfare specialist. He loves the hot, humid heat of the jungle. Nothing seems to bother him about it. He is at home there. He also is a friend and defacto member of the Turcoro Indians. He has been helping them fight off the Cobra troopers who have been invading their jungle for the past few months. After learning of Cobra's plans to capture the "Idol of Yzma" and use its rubies to help focus and amplify their new Satellite killing laser, Recondo called in for back up. He and Claymore now must help the Turcoros fight back a pack of Jungle Vipers and help rendezvous with the Adventure Team Land Adventurer who has recovered the idol.

The first figure in the 2 pack Convention Exclusive is Recondo. The Joe's main jungle trooper and the aide to the Turcoros.

I always wanted to use the BC Outback torso and I really liked the use of it here on Recondo. The camo pattern on his shirt is copied from the vintage Adventure Team Jungle Survival set. The sniper rifle is also painted up like the AT hunting rifle used to be painted.
