COBRA SNIPE-VIPERS are elite Sharpshooters chosen from the ranks of the COBRA VIPER corps. They are genetically modified by DR. MINDBENDER to enhance their hand-eye coordination and there long distance vision. After undergoing this operation the Snipe-Vipers receive further retaining from BLACKOUT. There current assignment is to prepare for a mission in which they will take out heads of states in a plot to destabilize governments all over the world!

This figure (like the whole set) was built in a way to emulate the style of Master Collector's Convention sets. Parts, Accessories and Colors were chosen to match what MC has or might use. This figure is part of our 15 figure boxed set.
