With new threats emerging everyday the US Government knew that GI Joe could not face these new threats. A new task force was created to battle Cyber Terrorism, CORPs. Rain was tasked with expanding the roster. Serving military databases he began selection elite operatives. Siren was an obvious choice for this unit with her military heritage. The younger cousin of GI Joe team members Roadblock and Heavy Duty, she can handle the big guns just as well as any of the boys. Although she was offered a place on the Joe team, she respectfully declined. It just wasn't her "fit". Some might find it odd that she agreed to Rain's offer but she followed her heart, which belongs to Ink.
