I think the original Tele-Viper is an okay figure, but the head/helmet is too big and the face looks kinda goofy.
I'm also disappointed the scanner doesn't have a gibbous end (like a lens) like you see on the card art.

I came up with this colour scheme imagining the Tele-Vipers would go on a recon mission sometimes too. At night to be specific. That requires a different scheme on his uniform, with at least some black in it. The rest just looked right with the black.

It's not a complete "repaint only" as you may have noticed. I changed his visor by adding a small piece of wire to it, so I cheated a little.

For this GP I had difficulties chosing what I would be entering. In the end I picked Repaint Central, because I like the challenge of trying to give a figure a completely different look which hopefully would turn out to be an improvement as well.
