Most of the idea behind this character can be found in the filecard. I think of Halo as part of a helicopter crew, where she can take on all the various roles inside and nearby a transport helicopter. This is the first of two Norwegian female Joes I produced for this group project, and obviously she has the colors of our flag going on in her suit. Except I actually messed up the colors, and ideally the blue and white should have switched places. Embarrassing. Never the less, a Norwegian joe.

I just could not mix toylines, and I want desperately to stick with RAH, so I tried my hardest to make new characters out of the few precious female Joes we alread have. This one is a simple repaint of a Scarlett, with added Baroness hair.
