BIO: "Gentlemen. Today your flight will take you to George Town in the Cayman Islands, where you will proceed to the home of the French Concilier. You will enter his beautiful 3-story villa overlooking the beach at 22:00 hours, from the rear entrance. You proceed up the rear stairs, and enter the third floor, through the study containing his valuable collection of impressionist paintings. You will enter the hallway and pass the bedroom doors of his two lovely daughters. At the end of the hall you will open the double doors to his master bedroom. Kill him and his wife. Leave no witnesses. If you are caught, as you know, you will be disavowed." - Dispatch

As cold a customer as they come, Enard is an efficient administrator, with supremely high operational efficiency and a solid tactical mind. Disaffected with South African policies and government, Enard took a diplomatic transfer to the Special Boat Service of the British Royal Marines. Dispatch first came to the notice of The Warhorse on a recruiting trip to England. The Warhorse was attempting to recruit the Dispatch's superior officer, who had maintained the highest unit efficiency rating for 4 years running. Upon interview, the officer was proven to be a greedy, foolish idiot. Perplexed, The Warhorse took a closer look at the operation, and decided that the real reason for success was Enard. He hired him on the spot, and Enard was more than happy to join Flatline International, being passed over for promotion more times than he could count. It seemed that the superior officer knew only one thing of merit; how to keep bright people where they could do him the most good.
