As cold a customer as they come, Enard is an efficient administrator, with supremely high operational efficiency and a solid tactical mind. Disaffected with South African policies and government, Enard took a diplomatic transfer to the Special Boat Service of the British Royal Marines. Dispatch first came to the notice of The Warhorse on a recruiting trip to England. The Warhorse was attempting to recruit the Dispatch's superior officer, who had maintained the highest unit efficiency rating for 4 years running. Upon interview, the officer was proven to be a greedy, foolish idiot. Perplexed, The Warhorse took a closer look at the operation, and decided that the real reason for success was Enard. He hired him on the spot, and Enard was more than happy to join Flatline International, being passed over for promotion more times than he could count.
