The Mad Arab was once a member of the Black September Arab revolutionary group, or "ANO". With a force a few hundred strong they where involved in many airline hijackings and political assassinations. Mad Arab had a top standing in the organization and commanded a small faction within the organization having ties to the Red Army Faction located in Germany. When the ANO relocated to Iraq in 98' it made him question his loyality to the group and decided to move on. Word of the Flatline organization reached him in a Muslim sanctuary where he spent the last few years finding himself. He decided it was time to right his wrongs by doing what he does best.

Mad Arab is trained in all NATO small arms, M-50 and a variety of other heavy weapons. His specialty is in C4 and demolitions. Background training in electronics and engineering round off his highly skilled career.
