Father Boa is a former Drug Lord from Brazil. Cobra Commander found him during one of Cobra's Recruitment Sessions. Cobra hoped to completly deplete the Drug Lord of his muscle and was surprised that not only did the men not leave him, but defended Boa against the Vipers. So impressed with the dedication of his troops, Cobra offered Boa a postion as Troop Moral Officer. Cobra uses Father Boa as their South American 'Recruiter'. His methods are direct and deadly...
