I based this off of my Mayor costume from the 2007 GI Joe Convention. I tried to create a weapon that could be constructed quickly out of things that could be available at a convention location. The push broom is actually an inside joke, but I thought it worked well here. Having a screwdriver teathered to the end is just icing on the cake.
