I wasn't really sure how to this one. I was lucky enough that Chad bought some of the Army of Darkness Deadites a while back, so it cut out alot of the work. I had a crazy idea to have Mayor as a backpack, so that was more or less my inspiration. It was no doubt inspired by the movie Hellboy. Anyway, this custom construction was basically about crossbreading Joe parts with the Deadite parts. I'm very pleased with the torso, because it has a two-piece 25th anniversary construction, however I don't think it came out well in the photos.
