High Frequency is a hotshot communications rookie. Basic training was with the Canadian Signal Corps. He likes to play video games in his spare time, especially Xbox where he is skilled at Gears of War. He is quiet but very knowledgeable. High Frequency grew up in a remote small town in the northwest where he maintained communication with the outside world by using HAM radio as a teenager. He is oblivious to explosions all around, but can hear a pin drop in his headset.
