I pulled the parts and when I saw the arms I was thinking an Artic Figure. Then I got the head and figured Snake Eyes, but wanted to get away from the all black look. To make a different look I used the Duke vest from Rise of Cobra, painted the scarf to look like a hood. I went with an arctic cammo for the jacket. It needed something else up top and found the Dusty web gear and that really helped.
