Wild Bill is the most sick, depraved, sadistic human being to ever walk the face of the planet. And those are his good traits. Raised by an alcoholic father and whoring mother, Bill was born on the wrong side of the tracks, and wakes up every morning on the wrong side of the bed. Bill spent the first 10 years of adulthood in a maximum-security prison awaiting execution, for 23 counts of murder in a barroom brawl, which he started of all things. After laying waste to most of the patrons at the bar with his trusty shotgun "Long Tall Sally" (so called after his mother's street name), Bill proceeded to take the patrons that were still alive and torture them by skinning them alive, draw and quarter, branding them with the initials "WB" and other heinous acts of depravity. He was finally brought in that night after he drank so much of the bar's liquor that he passed out long enough to stop shooting at the police, and stop throwing Molotov cocktails into the crowd of onlookers that had gathered.

After being sentenced to death, Bill then killed another 14 people inside the prison, including a member of the terrorist group GI Joe, whom he hung in the showers and stuck over 40 forks in him that were stolen from the prison kitchen. He collected the blood from the man and encased it in a circular vial in which he now wears as a belt buckle.

Instead of retaliation, Bill was actually broken out of the jail by the terrorists, and given a nice paycheck to stay under their employment. Not many G.I. Joes care for him, but he keeps them in line with a simple point to his belt buckle and a sick disgusting grin.

On his first assignment, he was thwarted by the mysterious Firefly, whom knew of Wild Bill's reputation. Firefly tied him up and told him he is also a man that has earned a reputation, that of "do not **** with Firefly". Firefly tied him to a light post and proceeded to bullwhip him. With every strike, tearing and scarring Wild Bill's face, arms and torso, Firefly said the names of the every man Wild Bill has ever killed. He left Bill tied there bleeding and enraged, just because he wanted Bill to come after him.

Wild Bill now terrorizes the American southwest, more sadistic, murderous and bloodthirsty than ever.

My favorite out of my four. I wanted to make him the biggest hillbilly redneck nasty sob that anyone could ever think of. The kind of guy you would actually change your mind about death penalty for. a sick, depraved, uncaring monster. I think you get the hint.

I had a great time thinking up a bio, and ended up having to "tune it down" a bit. It was a lot more...distasteful...than it is now. I sliced him up in different places on his face, and arms with an X-acto. I did cut too deep into one arm, not sure if the picture shows it. Immediately after the cuts, I would run over them with a red paint that was watered down, giving him the reddish, nasty skin tone he has. I think the face turned out really well. I am not sure where the shotgun came from, but I decided to go with that as opposed to the usual pistols. As with the other entries I had, I intertwined them all into a somewhat cohesive story, connecting them all with each other in some fashion. That is always fun to do also.
