Sword Maker and Sensei
Code Name: Iron Master

A veteran of many conflicts, the Iron Master has been training ninjas for three generations. When one of his students and his American wife died in a car crash, the Iron Master took it upon himself to raise and train his four young sons. The four siblings were loved as if they were his own and, in time, grew to become his best warriors.

When Snake Eyes was tasked with assembling a covert silent weapons team for G.I. Joe, he went directly to the Iron Master to recruit his top students. Iron Master entrusted Snake Eyes with his four adopted sons knowing that they could make a difference in the fight against the threat of Cobra.

I have been meaning to make a custom of the Iron Master ever since I watched the "Greatest Battles" DVD. For those who haven't seen it, the Iron Master appears in the "Ninja Battles" chapter. He is a wise old blacksmith/sword maker who instructs Tiger Claw in the trials that Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow went through during their training.

When time permits, I hope to build a small blacksmith workshop dio (complete with anvil, oven, etc) to display The Iron Master.
