In my Joeverse, Action Force is a global team that works very closely with G.I. Joe. I use them this way so I can still use all of the international characters. They are all sub teams of Action Force based in the country of the figures origin.

Cargador (Charger) is not just your basic infantry soldier. He is the team anchor. The guy you know you can ALWAYS count on. If he is pulling rear guard, you know that your rear is safe. If you run out of ammo in a firefight, he is the first one tossing you a spare clip. If you order a burger and fries and don't have enough cash, he spots you. That's just the kinda guy he is. Never asks for anything in return but you know damn well that if he ever does ask something, every member of the team will be fighting over the chance to "pay him back".

If Hasbro never tooled any new figures molds, then by default, Plastirama would not have had any others to use as well. Since I have a serious love for the Argen figures, I decided to make my figures for this project, the next wave of Plastirama released figures.
