Dr Mindbender came to Cobra early in the organization's history, though he was rarely taken seriously in his early days. It took a lot of hard work to get to where he is now, growing completely bald in the process. Once that fool Dr Venom was out of the picture, Dr Mindbender stepped forward and took his rightful place, where he went on to do many great and wonderful things for the Glorious Cobra cause.

This became a bit of a challenge, once I found out that we weren't going to be able to sand or modify the parts. I think I pulled it together ok, but I really wanted him to be bald. And not have pockets on his arms. Other than those points, he came out pretty good, I think. I was hoping for a better rendering of the "Mickey Mouse" Cobra for the cape, but I was unable to get a good enough image to create a stencil from, so I had to do it by hand. I am not too crazy about the outcome, but it gets the job done.
