The Cobra Shock Vipers are an elite breed of soldiers. They are usally deployed with the Alley Vipers and are usally grouped in pairs. These guys can do as much damage and carnage as a small squad of Alley Vipers. Their body armour is double layered and is actually quit flexable so as not to hinder their movements. The Shock Vipers are trained along the same lines as Alley Vipers, but are also given Eel and Range Viper training as well. The Shock Vipers can operate just as well in a city as they can in a jungle. No matter how you look at it, the Shock Viper is on nasty, mean, deadly snake.

I have had this figure lying around waiting to be turned into some type of Cobra trooper and I just never did it. This GP gave me the kick in the but to do it. I was thinking of adding the Alley Viper mask and calling him an Elite AV, but the head need a little modding to keep the mask on. So I just turned him into a shock trooper.
