When Beachhead was put in charge of forming a new Tiger Force team he knew right away he wanted to make it his own team and not grab the previous members. He picked Footloose right away. Though they may seem like night and day, they get along well and work great as a team. Footloose may be "out there" personality wise and sure it drives Beachhead nuts when Footloose does his yoga and meditation or starts on his "cosmic will of the universe", but as a soldier, he is focused and disiplined like Beachhead.

I liked the JoeCon Tiger Force set and their color choices and wanted to build the team up more. So in the Python Patrol vs Tiger Force GP I made Spirit, Lowlight, and Mainframe, so I figured why not add a few more. Always liked Footloose and was happy with the way he turned out.
