Zandar is a master of camouflage and infiltration. He possesses an uncanny ability to remain motionless for long periods of time, and can move totally unnoticed. An expert with all silent weapons, Zandar honed his skills as an assassin from his brother, the infamous Zartan. While on a routine smuggling operation with the Dreadnoks, Zandar was forgotten about and left behind. As he was returning to the Dreadnok compound in the everglades, Zandar was tracked down by Cobra Commander. The Cobra Commander offered Zandar a chance to join Cobra as a contract mercenary and assassin. With nothing better to do, Zandar accepted!
