Known for his fancy cars, diamond jewelry, and a knack for keeping concealed weapons (including a .32 in his pocket and a razor in his shoe), Leroy ruled the scene with an Iron Fist.

All of this came to a screeching halt on night, as Leroy had been flirting with a lovely lady at the casino bar named Doris. Soon, a fight erupted, and Leroy ended up on the floor with his face a bloody mess. It seems he learned a lesson about messing with the wife of a jealous man. His reputation was destroyed, and he soon found himself trying to open a new racket in the town of Springfield. He was unsuccessful, as he was ousted by Cobra forces. Rather that kill Leroy, they put his skills to use, and he was trained and made leader of Cobra's newest, most violent special ops group to date, The Rat Pack.
