Now with Cobra experimenting with were-wolves and other mystic animals Dr. Link Talbot has been worker harder then ever. Dr. Link Talbot has joined with Med-Alert in his attempts to find an answer to the Lycan-Vipers.

I had been planning an update to Link for a while and decided to add him to my Joe SPIRIT Team. He was the perfect character to go up against the Lycan-Viper.
