Lycan Vipers are not volunteers, they are just grabbed and subjected to the treatments to turn them into werewolves. Using a formula derived from Lycan blood, Dr. Mindbender has figured a way to increase the transformation process to be triggered by individual almost at will. The soldiers are now tougher to wound and kill with stronger hides and thicker hair. They still have a weakness to silver and wolvesbane. Dr. Link Talbot and Med-Alert are working on a cure for the Lycans, but so far are unsuccessful.

I had this Mega Bloks werewolf that I bought a long while ago that I knew I wanted to use. At first I tried to just add the Viper vest to the figure, but it did not work out. So I bashed his legs and head onto the Viper body. I used Miliputt to add the fur to the arms and hand. This was a fun figure to throw together.
