General Bludd, over time, started to lose his mind after so many battles. Besides taking his kill's dog tags, Bludd took the rank, and I do mean took, of General when he killed General Hawk after he retired. He felt that whatever ranking he took out, he overtakes it. He gave himself the ranking of a 5 star General and Crimson Commander let it go since he didn't want to be on the other end of having his ranking taken from himself as well. General Bludd uses his vast knowledge of war to lead the forces of Cobra in to battle.

The parts pretty much fell together for me when I decided to create Bludd. Probably my favorite custom I've made.
