Dirty Red left Cobra after a mission gone bad he was ordered to fire upon a crowd of women and children so that Tomax and xamot could escape capture from the joe's. After refusing the order to fire on the crowd he was shot and left for dead. later to wake and find that it was the joe's that saved his life. now he is a member of the joe team and the first to run into battle against cobra.
