The Ice Snake, a prime piece of weaponry, and a potent part of Cobra's winter arsenal, requires a delicate touch and fast reflexes. Streaking across sheets of ice and tearing over frozen tundra and zipping around winter pines requires a driver armed not only with skill, but with a slight touch of insanity as well. Glacier has both in spades.

Glacier is the first of his kind. And probably the last. Few men are crazy enough - or stupid enough - to willingly hop behind the controls of an Ice Snake. Glacier volunteered for his job, anything to get him out of the bump and grind of the Snow Serpents - a unit that most Cobra troopers tried their utmost to get into, but one he wanted to desperately get out of. He's slowly working his way up the ranks and believes his best shot is being a menace on the ice. A native of Canada he's used to the cold, and he excels in it. So far he's unmatched on the ice and snow and is always the first man chosen when an arctic mission is needed. He has a knack for driving on ice. To him it's like cruising down a summer road.
