Ventilator was an average Track-Viper in Cobra's forces. Not the best that Cobra had, but definitely not the worst. His value to Cobra didn't come in his combat performance, however, but in his suggestions for improvements and upgrades to the HISS II. When the Cobra high-ups decided they needed a new armored fast-attack vehicle, they put Ventilator at the head of development. He was instrumental in the creation of the Paralyzer's double barreled, concussion cannon with servo-firepower and the advanced track tread technology.
