Rather than going through the hassle of trying to place an undercover operative into the radical movement, Colton set out to recruit someone who was already placed in that culture. He found Hickey, a Korean War vet who, though he had become frustrated with the way society had taken a turn from what he believed in, he still had hope to be able to make a difference and affect change. Colton rooted him out, made his case, and got an experienced undercover operative. Hickey's job is to monitor the so-called 'counter culture' movement and it's various groups, and to report back any threats that pose any substantial risk to civilians or government facilities.

For this, I was trying to take the club exclusive Counter Culture Adventurer as an inspiration. And I really wanted to try to paint a tie-dye t-shirt. I'm not 100% happy with the shirt's paint job, but I think it works pretty well as a first attempt.
