It's a custom Wild Bill done with parts from the 21st. Century XD line.  It is my vision of a younger Wild Bill during the Vietnam War where he quite possibly earned the nick name of Wild Bill.  I wanted him to have a traditional military look while feeling like Wild Bill v1.  Kind of a blending of Kilgore from Apocalypse Now and W.B. v1.  Most of the modifications were done to the chest piece, as it was originally a bare chested tanker with a larger piece sign medallion hanging around the neck.
