Figured I'd put this here as everything I took pics of was something I thought could be used by Joes -

Now here's my highlight of the show. These are from a German company called Bruder. These will fit 25th Joes perfectly. The detail is great on these. I have the trade price list as well. The big Mack is £35 trade, the small jeeps wer a tenner. You can work out the prices of those in between.

Last and LEAST - Hasbro -

I had to take these through the little window they had. No proper pics were allowed. They had goons everywhere. Never before have I met such rude, incompetent morons before in my life. Fat, ugly disinterested women with shltty attitudes who know f**k all about any of their products have no business being at a Toyfair. These were proper Hasbro employees as well. They weren't hired help. No wonder the action figure industry is going to shlt.

Anyway, for the fleeting seconds that I was allowed to look at stuff, I saw -

Star Wars -

A few new CW battlepacks (no new figures), The new Snowspeeder, Cloudcar and...the new AT-AT! It's pretty massive. I'd say 1+1/2 times bigger than the old one. It has the winch thing underneath, lights/ sounds, the arse opens up and a speeder bike fits in the arse, opening cockpit etc. Was pretty sweet.

Marvel Universe -

Saw a few of the new waves. They didn't look good. There were a few new figures - Juggy (looked terrible - very little detail, ugly articulation), Archangel (though they put his wings on Colossus), and an AIM soldier. There were a few repaints as well.

There was no Joe stuff at all! BASTARDS!

The best Hasbro stuff was the Iron Man 2 range. I'm gonna get all of these! Apart from all the figures (which have already been seen) There were some vehicles.
Tony's race car - looked pretty cool.
A Motorbike - crap.
A quad - crap.
And a mini (ROCC looking) portable headquarters! This looked awesome! The top opens up like the back of the ROCC and it has IM armour components displayed on the little shelves. I dunno if they were snap on armour pieces, but the figure you got with it looked pretty friggin' sweet.

That's all I can remember. I'll post more if I think of anything.

Here's some more pics -

Thanks for the pics. The Bruder stuff fits Joes but they are a little on the big side. They're probably closer to 1/16 then they are 1/18. But you can't argue with the detail.

Archangel from Hasbro huh? That is going to be cool.

An Iron Man ROCC would be sweet. Can't wait to see pics of that.

Forgot to mention there looks to be a new card game thing that you get with the new SW figures. It's just a card insert that attaches to the base. Looks like a Top Trumps type deal. I dunno if dice and stuff are involved. :-/

Bruder is indeed 1:16, I've tried.

The DeLorian is fantastic. Thanks for pictures, DH

Yeah, it's 1 1:16, but the cockpit sizes are perfect. 1:18 scale stuff never has enough room for 25th figures. I figured with the construction stuff, being a tiny bit big wouldn't hurt. ;-)

The Schleich playsets are out already, but sadly, the one I'd eat a live Rhino and two Snow leopards for, that set with the snow and the red stained glass window, is not part of what they have here. The Mrs sooo wants the Oracle playset, and for us fantasy artisans it rocks the Khasbah.
Hard.

Those images bring tears DH, they bring tears.

Did you manage to snap any pics of the Transformers stuff? Sounds like there were some new items there.

Thanks for the info!

The Iron Man vehicles you mentionned sound pretty promising. Can't wait to get pics of those.

Those Spider-man vehicles in your Hasbro pics look interesting too. Can you tell me any more about them?

Epic suckage about those reps, though.

The local farm and home store carries Bruder stuff, but it's only the farm-related stuff. I like the construction equipment from them, but I'd actually prefer the Play-Mobile stuff since it fits in more with the deformed size of GI Joe vehicles.
