Wasn't Lanard going to talk about the "Space Cowboys" during Toy Fair? I thought I saw something about it on the forum a couple of weeks ago.

Walter on the Lanard Corps FB group who suposedly has an inside line about the toys claimed that they were going to be rereleasing the horses (with new mold figures I think)

Dremel - Thanks for remembering that! I knew I wasn't (totally) crazy, but didn't catch the entire message.

I think he said that they showed them in an international toy show over seas last month or so. He said he was going to contact them about releasing pictures ftom that toy show.

hit the canton ms Walmart and found 7 more $1 x2 packs someone had put way up on top the shelves. I could tell what they were by the unique shape of the bottom of the packing. already opened and customized :)

no kongs. they had all star wars black series 4" for $4, and 6" for $5. I got two of the4" civi looking jedi.

also went to the ridgeland ms Walmart. nothing for me ,but got a lot of stuff for our 5yr old granddaughter.

clearance is still out there. look up in the toy isle!

I am not complaining but it makes no sense that they are pushing those SW Black figures out. They are not that old. My store had those for $4 but they still have Rogue One 3 packs marked at $17.

I need to get some of those Han figures. That blue jacket could make a neat winter coat.

I used a Han coat and arms on a Val to make her a winter operative

maybe they are moving them just because they were over priced "collector" toys and kids were not going for 1 figure that costs as much as 2. the only other black series I have bought at retail was the same civi jedi on clearance last year? for $6.

Which figure are you referring to as the "civi jedi"?

Walmart had them Rolled back to like $8 regular price. I picked up the Red guard figure (not sure what his name was) a few months ago to make a simple Red Laser with.

I do not know a whole lot about Walter Mccloud so I will preface this with saying that I am taking him at his word that for whatever reason he has an inside track with Lanard. Anyway here is his video from last night discussing future product.

That link is to a video on a FB group so I do not know if you will be able to see it since it is a closed group and I am mot sure if nonmembers can view the video.

Anyway. Main take aways. He says later this year we will see Shrapnel 3-packs. recolored with a Shrapnel officer and 2 Shrapnel troopers in each pack. Also said they were going to bring back some classic vehicles including the pickup truck.

Lanard should make an excellent long term return on investment with the Shrapnel troop builder 3 pack. I'd buy that pack as a general toy fan regardless of scale.
The Corps! troop builder sounds ...interesting. If they use a balaclava masked head they would come in quite handy.
