As far as speculating on the thirteenth figure... Keel Haul, Toll Booth, Cross Country and Iceberg have yet to be 25th-an-ised. If the club goes that route, I'm assuming they'd go Iceberg as the other three are kind of boring with out their respective vehicles. A decent Frostbite would be nice

I'd enjoy any of those as well. And if we were speculating on who Hasbro might make next in a multi-pack or if the 30th line were continuing, I'd call those good bets (mostly because they're characters I've customized recently and Hasbro likes to do me that way).

Since this is the Club, though, I'll go ahead and bet any one of the following is more likely:

Clutch (tan with fully rolled up sleeves)
Kamakura (using recent ninja parts and no new tooling)
Black Out (to go with his brother, using a mix of 25th, RoC and PoC parts with a retooled SpyTroops head)
Rock n' Roll v2 (with rolled up sleeves and a new hat)
Munitia (essentially a Baroness repaint with retooled DtC head and duplicate gear)

Just my guesses based on the picks so far and what I suspect of the Club's thought/character-selection process.

I feel pretty confident that the 13th figure won't be any of the vintage characters mentioned unless they get seriously POC-ized, as the Club would almost certainly face lots of collector rage if an "essential" character is only made available as a figure that wasn't announced ahead of time and could only be obtained by buying a $250+ subscription. Let's face it, there was lots of rage about people not being able to get Dial-Tone, and everyone had advance notice about that figure being the Club membership figure. So, I think that we can rule out Iceberg, Frostbite, Tollbooth, Keel-Haul, Cross-Country, and tan Clutch.

(Then again, this is the Club, who are supposedly filling a spot in this subscription line with a vanity figure of David Lane's character ....)

Assuming there's any rational thought behind the character choice, I think that the Club has to produce some figure that would actually interest people without making collectors feel like they have a big hole in their collection if they don't have it. My best guess is Munitia, who would make sense because she'd be relatively easy to make (I suspect she'd have the Resolute Scarlett / Helix legs if they fit on the last 25th Baroness body), would have relevance to the Club (being an exclusive they already provide), and is a liked character but not one that has any real established presence. Of the possibilities you mentioned, Kamakura and Black Out are the only other ones that feels to me like a reasonable possibility. I could also see Slice as a remote possibility, which could be easily made and could perhaps be justified since Dice is also in the subscription.

Another odd possibility that keeps coming to mind is the Create-A-Cobra figure ....

Imagine the JoeCustoms rage if #13 turns out to be Big Brawler.

I was kind of looking forward to the reveal of the Barrel Roll figure, because despite his shameful new-sculpt body style, the original figure's design was actually pretty cool. The second one wasn't half-bad, either, a sort of precursor to the PoC-era modern military style that the figures have been sporting. This figure certainly isn't bad, and I'd probably buy one if I saw it on a shelf, but as a deciding factor in getting the subscription or not, it's not worth the price I'll inevitably have to pay for it. Which is too bad, because a well-done figure of that character would have gone a long way toward talking me into the whole affair.

The helmet is pretty funny, though.

Hmm. Maybe it's because I LOVED SpyTroops, but that figure is awesome. My favorite so far. I would go out of my way to find that one on eBay.

You won't have to. You can have mine!

I really do not like space marine Duke's body at all. I'm kind of surprised the club got that mold.
This is one where I would have rather liked a completely different character. :iceberg: :frostbite: :tollbooth: :keelhaul:

If that is a real offer--done! I love this figure for some reason.

I'd kill for #13 to be Super Trooper. One of my favorite figures right there.

Aside from the helmet and no smirk, that looks WAY better.

That makes for some much nicer contrasts!

Can you try it in the "red shirt" version too?

I think it pops better but again I'm not sold on it as being overwhelmingly better. I've given the club props for doing some outstanding paint apps but there just isn't anything to write home about (wow that is a dated expression now isn't it?). But it does show that the Duke figure it is based on has potential to be customized into a really cool figure.

Same here. A Tan Clutch would be interesting, but would really be awkward to get it without the tan desert Vamp he came with back in the day.

It looks better in the blue and gray but something is still off about it. I dunno what though. I'm not sure I prefer it over the desert scheme or not.

Tons better! Wonder if it's too late for MC to change him?
