About Project: Steel Brigade
This project started many years ago. The Joecustom’s Filecard Creator was an inspiration for this, but we wanted to push this further with replica Steel Brigade file card’s. It has taken many years and many more google and eBay searches to compile the data for this project. As kids, we enjoyed filling out our own Steel Brigade order forms and hope that you enjoy what we’ve put together.

G.I. JOE vs COBRA
Get your own personalized G.I. Joe or Cobra file card! We have two delivery options, a 150 dpi JPG and a print ready PDF with crop marks. If successful, we will add a printed option.

Here are a few samples. If this takes off, we plan on offering accessory kits, patches, and more.

So great! Still have my old one framed.

Such a pitty the Create-a-Cobra doesn't have a name or figure up to par with the SBs.

Chad had a great idea to repurpose Create-A-Cobra as a Plague Trooper, which is cool. Still doesn't help the figures color though :-)

I like that... now we just need a redesign and the figure. :P

Been a while since an update. Wanted to share a long term idea we have for reproduction patches.

Here is concept for new Steel Brigade v1 and v2 patches. Original patch is on the left, the new art is on right.

So th enew art actually matches the figures. Nice. It would be cool if there was a way to make a similar Create-a-Cobra patch.

Has anyone customized a SB to look like the original patch art?

Super schway, guys! :like:

Now I've just got to make up my mind if I should pick the good guy side or the bad... hmm... :shifty:

Just added our first custom Create-a-Cobra Card. Figure was created by painting the crimson black on a Crimson Guard Immortal head.

Form has been updated to include two color options (pink and black) for Create-a-Cobra. More colors coming soon!

Wow, it's been a while since I've updated! Over the past year we've added three more custom Create-A-Cobra cards. Check out our What are the Options? page to see what is currently available or visit Project: Steel Brigade to fill out your own personalized file card form.

Nice!
Though I feel the Star Brigade version should team up with Frag Viper!

the figure is a light-ish gold so it's gaudy as hell but in that art it's a light puke brown suit, amazingly Frag Viperish :-D I prefer the copper colored Funskool figure.
