Larry Hama mentions a previously unknown G.I. Joe in G.I. JOE: A REAL AMERICAN HERO #235.

His name is "Bottom Line", and he's the G.I. Joe Team's accountant.

I mean, what a perfect code name for that specialty, right?

He's not seen, but I think Hasbro should give us a figure of "Bottom Line", or maybe the Club can make him as a Convention, FSS, or Membership figure.

I already have the perfect accessories in mind -- a stack of spreadsheets and a roll of red tape. :-D

So we have three now... Spreadsheet, Billdocker and Bottom Line.

Spreadsheet's codename sounds better... Bottom Line reminds me of wrestling...

Larry Hama might not have known about the character. And anyway, Larry Hama wrote the Joes first, and in my opinion, best. I'll tend to defer to his character choices.

Billdocker?! Where's that from?

Anyway, the Joes are a big team, and certain specialties have more than one representative (look at all the laser troopers, for example). No reason to assume they don't have at least three people on the accounting and financial staff.
