looking to do some custom joe figures and need some Ninja turtle parts. Like the shells and heads. Seeing if anyone out there knows what is the closest 3-3/4 or 1/18 scale ninja turtle figures. I know the old ones are to big, looking for smaller ones. any help?

The closest I've seen where some eraser puzzle figures at a little over three inches high.

There are also the Bandai SpruKit figures/model kits.

Here is a scale image of the Sprukit Raph

The Battle shell turtles from the Nicktoons are also smallish and could be a good place to get parts from.

I don't know about heads, but the Pez dispensers have a detachable shell that's really close. Image

I just got the Sprukit Donatello for like 3 bucks at the 99 cent store. For the price its really nice. It's got limited articulation but its better than the 5 poa star wars figs. The have the standard 5 POAs plus bending elbows and swiveling wrists.
