Part of me is excited and the other part of me realizes it is because of the 4" drought going on right now. Thye look nice, but that limited articulation kills it.

Well, at least it's just the power armor and not the plethora of bland, unmemorable characters Bethesda created.

(1/2/New Vegas for lyfe)

That is the way I feel about the new Corps figures. I know they may be the best thing they ever produced and the price is plenty cheap but do I really like them of is it just due to the fact they are easy (cheap and available)

To me, its like when I was excited about getting VvsV Joes - not the greatest in hindsight, but at the time I was happy to have them.

I wouldn't mind a full Fallout 4" line. It would be a line where snap on armor pieces would actually make sense.

Stupid question time: who are the Fallout bad guys? All I ever see is the Fallout Boy logo character and these armor suits.

Generic Mad Max style raiders along some mutated bugs and creatures. There's ghouls which are basically zombies and huge mutants.
There's the Enclave which are government remnants who also run around in Power Armors.
Maybe it's more suited for a Mega Construx line after all. Build and gear up your character along key environments.

.....................whut?

........WHAT!

I will buy them...I'll buy all of them, the number will be dependent on if they are compatible with the over 50 Fallout customs I've already made.

These aren't half bad. The lack of articulation doesn't bother me much since they would be cumbersome anyway. Also, with the modular nature of the figures it should be easy enough to bash better articulation onto the figure.

The paint is a bit lacking. If ever a line called for extensive weathering, this is it.

I hope these do well so we can get some Super Mutants, Raiders, Vault Dwellers, NCR Rangers, and of course... Caesar's Legion. Creatures like Deathclaws and Geckos are a must. As are Brainbots and Sentry Bots.

There's a lot, actually:
-your garden-variety raiders
-Super Mutants, gigantic hulking former-humans that typically aren't that smart
-Feral Ghouls, basically irradiated humans that lost all ability to reason
-The Enclave, descendants of the worst corporate/politicians who survived the war
-Caesar's Legion, a vast army of slaves patterned after Ancient Rome
-Hubologists, literally just Scientologists
-The Institute, an advanced underground society with advanced humanoid Synths with a very unexplained end goal

And I'm sure I'm missing some.

Looking at them more, my feeling is that "as-is" they are going to be too small next to modern figures to work as the massive suits in FO4. But helmets and shoulder pads should work fine for customs. The weapons are definitely going to be useful. Love that we're getting a plasma rifle and a assault rifle. The missile launcher and laser rifle look a little off to me.

I'm wondering what the Glyos compatibility actually is. Is it the Onell Designs swivel-only joints or the 4H PowerLords ball joints with Glyos pegs?

Looks to be the swivel only a pin closer examination of the pictures.

Except Gary. I would totally army-build Gary. Especially if they had a sound feature that just played "Gaaary" over and over.

Based on these essentially being snap-kits, I feel like we won't get the human characters. (unless a new game gets announced)
Maybe a 2nd wave with a Raider Power-Armor and some custom paint jobs from the game (shark paint on the XO-1 armor would be great).
Maybe a super-mutant.
