With a new movie set for release in October with an updated origin and look for the character we think it is time for a good ol’ fashioned custom contest of the one, the only, Snake Eyes aka the Silent Master aka CLASSIFIED. Part ninja, part commando, and all around bad ass.

The what
We want to All NEW customs of Snake Eyes in any scale of any incarnation of the character, including your own take on the him. We love customs and have scanned the internet and online groups to check out thousands of Snake Eyes customs, but we want more and ones we haven’t ever seen before. Don’t worry we’ll give you plenty of time for your masterpiece.

The when
Customs submissions are due Sunday, August 30, 2020 by 11:59 Pacific Standard Time.

Judges
We’ve brought in a group of guest judges to comb through submissions and decide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

Robert Atkins is a comicbook artist who has worked on IDW GI Joe titles for over a decade and done an amazing job any time he’s been given the oppertunity to bring Snake Eyes to life on a cover. https://www.facebook.com/Robert-Atkins- ... 481009445/

Fred Aczon is a partner at Boss Fight Studio where his sculpting and toy design skills are at the top of his game. He is a former Hasbro employee who also helped work on the GI Joe Collectors Club conventions sets 2013-2015. Marauder Ruben aka TR1ER, customizer extraordinaire, freelance master painter for Marauder Inc. and on Valaverse Action Force, as well as, admin of the Keep it 100 Facebook customizing group.

In the event of a tie, I, pluv aka John, will act as the deciding tiebreaker.

How
Please submit One custom entry per person with up to 5 pictures (including a straight on, head to toe shot with no filters or fx) and a parts used list along with your screen name or real name to contact@joecustoms.com with “Silent But Deadly” in the subject line. Again, entries due by Sunday, 8/30 by 11:59 Pacific Standard Time.

Legal jargon
All submissions will be hosted on JoeCustoms.com for as long as we see fit with due credit given. Submissions may be edited before public reveal (but not judging) if they contain objectionable or offensive content that goes beyond our PG-13 rating we try to maintain for the site. If any issue arises that is not heretofore already outlined in the above rules I,as the acting administrator, will have the final say about what action will be taken.

forged in fire is one of my favorite shows, and when a contestant decides there piece just isn't working they have a choice. either continue trying to make it something usable, or just start over.

a few days ago i started over on my SE. off in a brand new direction :) luckily we get way more than 3 hrs!

there is still time for anyone who hasn't joined in to get started!
