Vanishing Point, R.I.P.

I don’t have much to offer at this point other than to say Vanishing Point aka Stewart Lee Hickman Jr has passed away. I’ll post more info as soon as I know more.

Update: I talked to his wife. She let me know he passed away in his sleep. They say he tested for positive for Covid. She will let me know if they do a service or any other way to honor him.

In the mean time, Chad suggested we name the non-4” JCA category after him since he dominated it. I know it isn’t much, but it is something we can do right now.

I shared this on Facebook, but he made one of my favorite customs of all time. Zee Viper from the cartoon episode The Viper is Coming. The fact he was made from parts from a Custom Celebration prize package VP won and that he donated all of the Road to Custom Celebration customs back to the site just makes even more special to me. At every show we set up at, it always gets noticed. Always.
