Figured people would be interested in the construction. Just realized now that the knees are pinless. The only hard plastic piece is the hip area. The mid torso is soft plastic, but it wouldn’t pop off the waist so I didn’t force it. The neck is a barbell.

All in all I’m really excited if this is the future of Joes. Proportions are great and customizing will be fairly easy. He takes paint really well, too.
Were you able to just boil and pop the arms out?
I use a small space heater, but yes. Way better than cracking.

That popapartability really ups these in custom fodder value for me.

he looks solid, i mostly pass on these since to this point they haven't offered much new for me, but i'll have to snag a stalker if i ever see him.

The BossFight guys must love Hasbro *now* taking their advice on how to make action figures, after firing them some 7years back. Stalker is indeed a nice figure, now lets see the rest of the line similarly done and then do Star Wars and Marvel similarly well.

If only!

The only thing is dislike about Boss Fights figures are the thigh construction. I wish that area was a single piece that popped on like MTF.

The elbows having greater than 45 degree movement is a pleasant surprise. I'm quite happy with how Stalker turned out, but am I missing where the webgear can pop apart? It almost looks like it would separate at the belt buckle, but maybe mine is a bit melted?

Saw 2 Stalkers today, went to grab them, and an employee pulled both for an online order.

I’ll have to check tomorrow but I don’t think it does. I had to take him apart to get it off. I actually like that though, because it makes the webgear less bulky.

I got a retro Stalker in the mail today. I opened him up about an hour ago, and haven't stopped messing with him since. Stalker was one of my favorite figures as a kid, and yet I'm still surprised by how much I love this new one. It's exactly what I would have wanted from an update of the original: great sculpt, great articulation, and yet it still retains the feel of the 82/82 version. Recreating the weird, crazy-unsafe knife sheath on the web gear was a nice touch, too. I love this guy, and if Hasbro has the good sense to keep turning out Original 13 figures using this mold, I'll buy the living crap out of all of them.
