I/m assuming this stuff might work with G.I.Joe:

From what I know, it's like Playmobile.

they are much more detailed then playmobile, working steering, adjustable hieghts. they will fit RAH figures with slight modification.
no idea on the 25th figures.

i have the yellow Animal Rescue truck.
two DTC figs fit in there, but not perfectly.

If you want to see these in person, you might try going to TJ Max. They had sets of these in their toy section leading up through Christmas, but they weren't cheap. The basic fire truck or police van was something like $29.00. I believe they marked a lot of toys down after the holidays for clearance, so you might be able to find them at a bargain price if any are left.

As far as scale, these are just about the same as Playmobil, but as stated previously, more detailed. The vehicles are a little small and might be a tight fit for Joes, but would look good as background pieces in dioramas.

The vehicles look too stubby in person. The accessories though are perfect except for any of the weapons oddly enough.

I have used the furniture (will try to find pics) the trucks have ZERO leg room but the cop bike i got works nicley ...kinda hit or miss, and yeah they are not cheap but the crumbs you get for TJ max are usally affordable
