UPDATE: Poll closes tomorrow at 1:30pm Eastern. Thank you to everyone who entered.

Customs are cool. Toys are fun. The only thing that would make them better is to combine them and take a pic of them in some sort of diorama. Just one picture to tell an entire story. Digital touch ups and effects are fine. Practical effects are fine. Whatever your vision is. Post your pics in this thread by Sunday, March 5th at 10:00 AM EST. We'll put up a 24 hour poll and see who takes home a $25 BossFightStudio gift card.

To help you with some inspiration, it being the anniversary of the GI Joe animated movie and all, joemichaels70 found this for you: http://www.deathbytoys.com/2015/07/horr ... -with.html

Good luck.

For this contest, I tried to duplicate a famous picture of WW2.
I decided to use only customs from the last couple of years, as opposed to stock collection figures. I had to dig through some storage to find them.

One image to tell a story, cool.

How many submissions are allowed, though?

Why don't we say 5? I don't want to limit people, but at the same time let's also go with your best efforts.

I call this "B.A.T.S. In the Belfry and How To Clear Them Out." An associate of mine (if you're reading this, you know who you are! :-P ) turned a throw-away joke I'd made on Instagram into a challenge of making the green chair seen in this dio-shot an actual "action figure", so I accepted. His name is "Wingback" and he has saved my figure-self's bacon on more than one occassion! Lol! :-) Here he is cutting a path through the "Toxo-B.A.T.S." while Cut-Up is holding off Over Kill and his backup with a full auto shotgun. I've yet to post the full story of how these two oddballs have been business partners over the years, and all the trials & tribulations they've endured, but this is kind of how they'd first met...

Image
Here's a piece I'm naming "No Noose Would Be Some Good News..." Again, this is part of Wingback & Cut-Up's history story which hasn't been shared yet. The shot explains how WB lost the second front leg due to Solomon Grundy shattering it to pieces (the first leg was chopped off by an angry ninja). Unfortunately, Batman was being dragged around and couldn't help much.

Image
One of my Agent Cut-Up Mini-Adventures series. This shot is entitled "Whatchamacallit's and WhatevertheHellsthatthingis." Since there's three or four different versions of Snake Eyes in the Micro Force line, I'd decided to take this commando look and add some metallic paint to customize him into my tiny figure-self/Agent Cut-Up. Definitely easier to carry a small pouch full of little, rubber fellas for quick, on-the-go photo sessions while jaunting around town instead of having to lug around a lunch box of 4" dudes. Haha! :-D

Image
Last one I'll post. Another Mini-Adventure named "No Time for Monkeying Around." Couldn't pass up using a 'Teen Titans Go!' build a figure for a King Kong type joke since the movie is close to being released...

Hope y'all like/get a laugh out of 'em. :-)

SCRAPGM, I voted for yours. I loved the use of the Sky Patrol MANTA and the pose and the effects.
