Following the period of Greater Universal History contained by the near-mythic Journal of the Whills; Palpatine continued…
He returned to the disembodied, spectral state in which he’d entered that ‘Journal of the Whills’ period and wandered the galactic cluster seeking a new body to take over; one which could survive the burning energies of the Force he contained. This has ever been his quest; lo these millions of years since his fellow Ascended Altairans and Ori purged him from Transcendence due to his sins against them all. While he no longer remembers the nature of those sins he still burns with a vengeance to incinerate them all and bring down the halls of Transcendence itself if need be. However, his only hope is to assail them in Transcendence while still embodied in flesh, to evade their barrier. The body that could accomplish this and contain his own seethings must be formidable indeed; and his personal vanity limits the pool of candidates further.
And so he bides his time, and plots his machinations; seeking a body to steal.
After an eon came and went, Palpatine found a world and a series of bodies with which he could make a new attempt against Transcendence: Hala Prime. Across millennia Palpatine worked his way throughout Kree civilization; guiding them towards genetic purity and aspirations of universal dominance and now stands as an Admiral of the Kree StarNavy in public name. However; as the secret leader of the entire Kree Empire across the generations he has manipulated the Supreme Intelligence to be his lapdog despite their supposed wisdom.
And now, as immortal secret leader of the Kree Empire spanning the Triangulum Galaxy he hears of a last Kryptonian, on a small world far, far away…
Recipe:
He's a mix of a lot of stuff, particularly the Clone Emperor head from ye olde Hasbro Dark Forces 2pack. The chest armor is off some Bandai Motion Revive Kamen Rider or another with the arms being off a first movie Thor figure. I believe both the hands are Thor's as well, although I recall cutting/pasting the wrists at new angles. The abdomen and presumabley chest under the Kamen armor is the Dr Rex body and he's got Night Creeper legs.
