Haven't 100% figured out how he's going to fit into my verse yet. But so far Prime is a robot built by the Joe team using BAT technology.
Also I have to get him some weapons.

I like it. Quite a bit, actually. I'm not sure about those hands, though. What parts did you use?

While not a TF fan, that is incredible work.

Thanks, guys.
Head: Tri-Gate custom sculpt
Hands: Revoltech
Feet: HALO
Rest: Iron Man

The hands, like the feet, had to be large for the look I wanted. And I had those hands in my fodder bin for a few years now. And I was only too happy to finally find a home for them. Not sure when else I would have ever used them.

The hands do look a bit large but aside from that this is SO much win I nearly peed myself. Definitely has a movie feel to it which I like. Well done.

Awesome. I actually had a similar idea for a Joe-sized Prime myself using a Halo fig as a base --- is the Tri-gate head big enough for a Master Chief body, or would it look too tiny?

Incredible job painting him up - definitely going to try that with mine.

Yeah its a bit small for the MC figure. Not peahead small but it might look odd.

Here ya go, Dan . . .

Obviously the neck needs to be trimmed, but overall I think it's workable.

Wow..... Didn't know about a joe sized Optimus at first, but after those pics, who can argue! Great work. Plans for more Joe sized TFs?

Commented on this on HT, but wanted to do so here as well... Great job on this figure. I like the gritty, metallic look of the figure, with the wash making it look like it has seen some action!

Sweet. The Inking may be a little heavy, but it's a great looking custom and a really cool concept. I recommend the guns that come with the modern "The Corps!" figures. They look like laser/pulse weapons.
