3 or 4 weeks ago, I was in my garage looking through my fodder boxes looking for a part for my most recent creation, the repulsorskiff "Niddler's Revenge" and stumbled across a gallon-sized ziplock bag full of those crappy ROC spring-loaded missile launchers (as well as some old ARAH, Iron man 2 and misc. ones mixed in). Initially, I was going to toss them in the trash as they are more or less useless, but decided to see if there was any way of salvaging them for dio parts or tech details.

This is what I came up with:

Fusion Generators

Not too shabby for stuff that was initially going to be tossed out, huh? :)

More diorama accessories (a few more generators and a bunch of other items) coming next week!

Except you forgot the phrase, "I made x for this project..." :(

Nice work, as usual.

There needs to be a word for this... this is like custom-alchemy. Lead into gold level magic at work here! WONDERFUL!

On those first few with the rounded top? Are those part of the original accessory? I can't even recognize which launcher that is.

Very inspiration man.

Makes me want more spring loaded launchers.

I can not believe I just said that.

Awesome paint apps, i still can recognize them at all, cause i know i have them as well, LOL.

I can't wait to see the next batch and how you're gonna use them.

This is an awesome idea. The combining of them looks great, but it's really your paint apps that set them off as amazing.

Those ones puzzled me as well.

I've kept a gallon ziplock bag full of the ROC launchers for this very same reason. I know there is potential in them for something other than crappy launchers. Well done.

They look to be the launcher that came with the ROC Rex figure just with the claws removed.

No see this is crazy, everytime I try to make cool looking stuff out bits and parts it comes out looking like junk. These pieces not only look good but they actually look like they make sense as well. Great ideas!

Those look more like water vaporizers. I'm pretty sure I saw some of those in Watto's parts shop. :D

besides using them as is, I've been splitting them for use in gluing to walls/backdrops as additional tech detail --

now, if I can only paint them as good as you, Dan, I'd be a happy man!
