Still a study in feasibilty. "Shoulda done this , shoulda done that..." crap.

At the very least, expect it to make a cameo on succeeding shoots, haha!

i worked at a pre-fab wall factory, and this looks just like a slab pulled from the kiln :) steel re-bar and all.

Amazing. I'd love to see a step-by-step of how you made that

That's awesome. The molds for these must be gigantic! How many of these are made at once?

It's very straightfoward. It's just 3-piece of glued styro. The big one and two on the side. And then coat them with plaster, adding pva glue to the water. I use styro and plaster because XPS foam isn't available in our hardware stores in the Philippines. The Philippines, being tropical, we don't have much use for insulation foams. If you're going to use XPS foam, I recommend some texture paint to get that realistic concrete texture. After that, I just base coat with warm gray paint then add a black-brown wash.

I just convert the dimension to Joe scale. Bremer walls are typically 12' high. So, if Joes are averaging 6' at 4", then I just make them 8".

we made hollow cote prefab building walls ,like walmart size buildings. we had two beds that ran on train track from one end (kiln) to the other were they were loaded. every wall was laid out with different core specs, metal reinforcement and metal to attach to other walls. any texture or shape seen on the outside was also put on the bed. it was really a terrible job! not the worst i had, but they cleaned the restroom with a fire hose!

i worked at a plant in central IN, ut it's not listed on there site. it was over 20yrs ago.
