I don't recall really having any influence of any kind on this project or its outcome, but it was exciting and fascinating to watch as it progressed along. I couldn't be more proud of JM, or anyone of us who gets this type of opportunity. It's a pretty rare thing, and I'm glad you went for it. You hit it out of the park.

yeah, the customs are outstanding, but it was watching the process unfold, and then seeing the production pics that really made this something special to me.

as frustrating (or maybe harrowing?) as the process may have seemed, you'd have regretted it forever had you declined.

But seriously, proud of what you accomplished. And have a feeling you earned yourself quite the recommendation/reference from the production team if you ever wanted to repeat the process.

I'm pretty sure Jeff came close to losing his mind. We be texting back and forth about some random stuff and then he'd go off about wanting ot toss the entire project because the chest emblems weren't coming out the way he wanted. But then when he showed off the set pictures...Whoa Nelly!

To think someone did a crayon wall drawing, a tishirt, and a wall poster of this custom that jm70 did and the art that Dream did. it makes me want one too, only I can't have them, because they are movie props.


I think they made a bigger deal out of it because of how impressed they were with the end product. You guys delivered something special. And I'm sure just as amazed as you are to see them use it to this extent, they are amazed that their little concept ballooned into something so much cooler.

Outstanding work. Its been a pleasure just reading this thread, I hope everyone that has contributed is proud of themselves.

The finished product looks factory. You all went above and beyond with this.

There will be artifacts from this project at Assembly Required. Not all of the project survived, but what did is pretty cool.
